Phyllis has been working in the not-for-profit sector for more than 20 years with the sole purpose of helping communities solve their toughest challenge — implementing effective, sustainable change. Phyllis has served as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Executive Director, and Vice President at a multitude of organizations across the country, and has been called upon by national non-profit organizations to assist with strategic planning and redesign.

Phyllis is an innovative, strategic, systems, and design-thinker who is respected for her impeccable integrity, frank assessment skills, humility, transparency, and ability to lead complex community initiatives. Her stellar executive career is highlighted by her strengths in leadership, organizational strategy and development, communications, relationship management, and fund development. Phyllis is a gifted communicator – a key factor to her success in leading and motivating staff and volunteers to achieve and exceed organizational goals.

Phyllis has served on and chaired numerous boards and committees throughout her career. She is a graduate of The Florida State University where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science.
